Ambroziak Clinic offers state of the art equipment for breaking up fat tissue using infrasonic vibration.
The objective of the treatment is modelling of the silhouette, ensuring proper proportions to the body by sucking off fat tissue from appropriate places. During the consultation, the surgeon will discuss with the patient in detail the procedure as well as planned and achievable effects.
An indisputed advantage of the treatment is quick return to the daily activity and durable results, as the fat tissue which is sucked off is not rebuilt.
Why is it worth it?
Appreciated worldwide, the N.I.L.® (Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture) system allows safe removal of large quantities of fat tissue, considerable reduction of surgery time and post-surgery treatment, as well as very good effects without visible unevenness of the skin surface.

How often repeat
Effects of the conducted procedure will not be visible during the first days after the surgery. Because of tissue swelling, the treated body part seems to have a larger circumference. Reduced circumference of the operated area is only visible after app. 3-4 weeks, as the healing process takes place gradually. Achievement of a satisfactory body silhouette is mainly connected with the liposuction procedure itself, but one needs to remember that this is not a weight reduction method, and the final effect is also influenced by healthy diet and proper selection of physical exercise. Scars after the liposuction procedure are very small (a few millimetres) and located in such places that they are invisible. In some cases, the places subjected to liposuction are tender, swelling with slight bruising. Administration of analgesic causes subjective disappearance of the discomfort. Antibiotic administration is a routine procedure.
Liposuction is performed using metal cannulas placed in small cuts in the skin, which allows breaking up and sucking off fat tissue – usually 1-1.5 litre of fat during one treatment (no more than 3 litres). The treatment is carried out under anaesthesiological supervision in local, conduction or general anaesthesia, depending on the area covered by the treatment and the patient’s preferences. The infiltration method of liposuction involves infiltration of sucked off fat tissue with a solution containing analgesics and adrenalin. This technique may reduce discomfort during the procedure and bruising afterwards. Appropriate compression clothes and dressings are supposed to reduce swelling and accelerate recovery. Duration of the surgery depends on the body area undergoing liposuction and the quantity of sucked off fat; usually, it is 1-2 hours. The patient usually stays at the Clinic for 24 hours. Convalescence time - 5-7 days.
1. After the surgery lasting 2-3 hours, it is necessary for the Patient to stay at the clinic for 1 day. 2. After the surgery, the Patient will be given an elastic garment which must be worn around the clock for a minimum of 6 weeks. The garment can be washed at home. The garment is provided by the Clinic. 3. For the first 2 weeks: do not undertake any physical effort, avoid constipation, do not take painkillers on an empty stomach (this may lead to vomiting). Failure to do so may lead to bleeding or haemorrhage which may require an additional operation. 4. For the first 3 weeks after the operation: do not smoking, do not drink coffee or soft drinks containing caffeine frequently, do not stay in the same room as smokers, drinking alcohol is prohibited completely. 5. When the dressing is removed, the liposuction area will be swollen or bruised. Usually, these symptoms disappear after 2-3 weeks. In some patients, swelling may last up to 6 months. 6. After 10 days, you can start applying home care products to the scar area. These should be applied twice a day for 3 months. The cream prevents formation of thick, hypertrophic scars. Apply a thin layer of the product. 7. For a period of 2 months after surgery, it is necessary to limit physical activity as much as possible. Avoid stretching and lifting heavy objects. Do not drive a car for one week after the operation. 8. After 2 months, you can resume your physical activities (running, swimming, tennis) and lifting heavy objects, but only if there is no discomfort. 9. It is recommended to completely avoid sunlight and tanning beds for 6 months after the surgery. 10. Massages on the operated areas should start on the 5th-7th day after the surgery and should be continued for 2 months (3 times a week). We recommend lymphatic massage to prevent formation of bumps and to shorten the period of convalescence after the surgery. 11. It is recommended to attend the SmartLux (LED) therapy for 2 weeks after the treatment at a frequency of 2-3 sessions per week.
