Excimer Laser
irreplaceable in the struggle against skin diseases
The excimer laser is a device that emits 308 nm wavelength light, falling within the UVB spectrum. Its high efficiency in fighting inflammatory skin diseases has been known for years.
Innovation of the excimer system consists in the possibility of irradiating only selected, limited parts of the skin, affected by the disease. Spot application of radiation in the excimer laser significantly improves the safety profile, reduces exposure to radiation and significantly shortens the treatment time.

The procedure is completely non-invasive; the patient does not feel even the slightest discomfort during the treatment. Before commencement of the therapy, the minimum safe effective dose of radiation is determined individually for each person. Sessions should be repeated 2-3 times a week. Remissions are usually observed after several exposure sessions.
