Hydrorchis is a condition consisting in accumulation of fluid between the testicle sheaths, which hinders movement, proper sexual intercourse and results in unsightly appearance of male sexual organs. It may appear on one or both sides. The surgical method involves removal of fluid or also removal of excessive sheaths which cover the original hydrocele.
In the case of testicle cancer, removal of the testicle is often inevitable because of the patient's safety. A testicle implant is inserted to improve the patient's wellbeing and aesthetics of the genitals. Modern urology and andrology are able to effectively diagnose and respond to the problem when medical intervention is needed.
