Removal of suburethral tape
When complications occur in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, namely failure of the procedure, overactive bladder syndrome, postoperative urinary retention, it is sometimes necessary to remove the implant in order to apply an adequate treatment.
The procedure consists of dissecting the tape on its vaginal course. It is performed under general anaesthesia.
