Liposuction is performed using metal cannulas placed in small cuts in the skin, which allows breaking up and sucking off fat tissue – usually 1-1.5 litre of fat during one treatment (no more than 3 litres). After 10 days, you can start applying home care products to the scar area. These should be applied twice a day for 3 months. The cream prevents formation of thick, hypertrophic scars. Apply a thin layer of the product. 7. For a period of 2 months after surgery, it is necessary to limit physical activity as much as possible. Avoid stretching and lifting heavy objects. Do not drive a car for one week after the operation. 8. After 2 months, you can resume your physical activities (running, swimming, tennis) and lifting heavy objects, but only if there is no discomfort. 9. It is recommended to completely avoid sunlight and tanning beds for 6 months after the surgery. 10. Massages on the operated areas should start on the 5th-7th day after the surgery and should be continued for 2 months (3 times a week). We recommend lymphatic massage to prevent formation of bumps and to shorten the period of convalescence after the surgery. 11. It is recommended to attend the SmartLux (LED) therapy for 2 weeks after the treatment at a frequency of 2-3 sessions per week.
